Is comfortable learning to use the permanent jewelry machine and working with customers during appointments.
Works gracefully in a small boutique environment, balancing intimacy with professionalism.
Is reliable, flexible, and available for a full-time schedule that includes weekends and holidays—these are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through authentic, high-touch client experiences.
Provide thoughtful, informed product recommendations tailored to each customer’s style and energy.
Build relationships that lead to repeat clientele—remembering names, preferences, and milestones.
Maintain an elevated in-store atmosphere through organization, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Process transactions quickly and accurately, including collecting customer information for clienteling.
Support marketing efforts by posting to social stories, updating the website, and assisting with photo or video content.
Stay engaged during all shifts—help with visual merchandising, inventory organization, and permanent jewelry appointments.
